The Freeze Drying Process:
Ever wondered, "How freeze-dried lollies are made?" The freeze-drying process begins by subjecting the candies to frigid temperatures as low as -40 degrees. They are then placed in a vacuum chamber, where the magic happens. Under reduced pressure, the water content within the candies sublimates, transforming into vapor. This process is repeated up to 100 times, resulting in the removal of more than 99% of the water. The end result is the perfect crunch that sets these freeze-dried lollies apart.

All this is done right here in Australia.
