Birthday Invitation Offer

• All eligible orders placed during the promotion period will receive a sealed birthday invitation, while stocks last.
• Each invitation includes a unique number which automatically enters the holder into the birthday prize draw.

JELLYCAT PURCHASE LIMITS:

• Due to global supply shortages, Jellycat plush products are limited to one item per customer, per plush design, per order. These limits help ensure fair access for as many customers as possible.
• In the event of a technical or system error that allows a quantity greater than one to be purchased, IQM Store reserves the right to adjust the order to the permitted quantity or cancel the order.
• IQM Store reserves the right to cancel, reduce or refuse orders that exceed these limits, including multiple orders placed by the same customer, household, email address, payment method or delivery address.
• Orders identified as attempting to bypass these limits may be cancelled at IQM Store’s discretion. Orders suspected of being placed for resale may also be cancelled to ensure fair access for customers.
• Where an order contains both eligible and non eligible items, IQM Store reserves the right to adjust or cancel only the items that breach the purchase limits.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• Any discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively and orders cannot be modified once they have been processed. Exclusions may apply. Please refer to the most up to date exclusions list on our website.
• Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $120 after all discounts and vouchers have been applied. This offer excludes express shipping and bulky, heavy or oversized items. Shipping for bulky items is quoted based on size, weight and delivery destination.
• Shipping to New Zealand is not charged at the time of checkout. Orders placed with a New Zealand delivery address will display shipping as free at checkout; however, this does not mean shipping is complimentary. Once your order has been received, we will calculate the actual shipping cost based on the size, weight and destination of your order and contact you separately with a shipping invoice for approval prior to dispatch. Orders will not be dispatched until the additional shipping charge has been paid. If you choose not to proceed after receiving the shipping quote, you may request a cancellation in line with our Returns and Refund Policy.
• Gift wrapping must be added to the cart at the time of purchase. Unless instructed otherwise, all items within an order will be wrapped together. The required quantity of gift wrapping must be selected and any instructions provided in the checkout notes section. Unless explicitly stated, gift wrapping is not complimentary.
• Orders containing pre order items will be dispatched once all items in the order are in stock. We are unable to split shipments. Estimated shipping dates for pre order items are outlined in each product description. These dates are estimates only and may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Orders may be dispatched earlier or later than the estimated date. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur or if an order needs to be cancelled. Orders are held and packed as soon as pre order stock is received.
