Christmas Gift Guide Terms & Conditions

• Christmas Gift Guide access begins at 10am AEDT on 16th October 2026.
• Save 10% to 50% on selected products. Discounts vary by product. Participating products display a discount badge, with discounts applied automatically at checkout.
• Product discounts exclude Jellycat, Connetix, Flexi Sunnies, Grapat, Advent Calendars, Clearance, Imperfect items and Gift eCards, plus selected items within other brands. Inclusion in the Gift Guide does not mean a product is discounted.
• Gift Guide offers cannot be combined with any other offer, discount code or rewards points redemption, except for the subscriber bonus outlined below.
• Offers are available at iqmstore.com.au while stocks last and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Standard delivery charges and exclusions apply.
• Prices, availability and offers are subject to change. IQM Store reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time without notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Pre-orders

• Pre-order products are included in good faith, based on expected delivery dates provided by suppliers at the time of publication. Dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Delays can occur, particularly during the Christmas period. Please allow for this when ordering for a specific occasion. An estimated arrival before Christmas does not guarantee delivery to you before Christmas.
• Supplier or freight delays outside our control may affect expected arrival dates. We will contact affected customers as soon as we become aware of delays, changes or cancellations and advise of available options.

Waitlist Subscriber early access and bonus

• Eligible subscribers received early access from 8pm AEDT on 15th October 2026.
• An exclusive bonus was communicated directly to eligible subscribers by email on 15th October 2026. Eligibility, minimum spend and redemption details are outlined in that email.
• The bonus expires at 11:59pm AEDT on 16th October 2026.
• The unique offer code provided by email must be entered and successfully applied at checkout before the order is finalised. It cannot be applied retrospectively.
• This bonus can be combined with Gift Guide discounts. No other offers, discount codes or rewards points redemption can be combined with this bonus.

Gift Guide giveaway

• To enter, complete and pay for an order at iqmstore.com.au during the Christmas Gift Guide promotion, then share your Gift Guide purchase on your Instagram story, reel or post and tag @iqmstore. Your order number must be clearly visible in your share so we can verify your purchase. Please keep personal details, such as your address and payment information, hidden.
• Your share must be visible to IQM Store to count as a valid entry. If your account is private, or you are unsure whether we can see it, send a screenshot of your published share via Instagram DM or email customercare@iqmstore.com.au.
• Entries close at 11:59pm AEDT on 30th October 2026. Purchases, shares and any required screenshots must be completed or received before this time. Late or unverifiable entries will not be included.
• Cancelled or refunded orders are ineligible, and any associated entries will be removed from the draw.
• One winner will be drawn at random and announced in November 2026, after eligible orders have been processed and dispatched. The winner will receive a $100 IQM Store gift eCard and will be contacted directly.
• The prize is not redeemable for cash. Standard Gift eCard terms apply.
