All Perfectly Imperfect items are fully functional, safe to use, and meet the same quality standards you expect from IQM Store. Any imperfections are purely aesthetic and do not affect the performance, durability, or safety of the product.

Because these items are sold at a discounted price with the imperfections clearly disclosed, they are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind or for the stated imperfection.

All Perfectly Imperfect products are final sale. No further discounts apply and Clever Rewards points cannot be redeemed on these items.
